From August 22 to 25, 2025, the 25th Academic Annual Meeting of the Chinese Society of Entomology was held in Hefei, Anhui. The conference was jointly organized by the Chinese Society of Entomology, Anhui Agricultural University, Anhui Academy of Agricultural Sciences, and Anhui Society of Entomology, with the theme "Tracking Frontiers in Entomology to Foster Innovation and Development." It attracted over 1,000 participants, including four academicians, with young researchers accounting for more than 38% of attendees. A total of 179 academic presentations were delivered, showcasing a wide range of new achievements and technologies across multiple disciplines in entomology. The meeting effectively facilitated the application and transformation of scientific research outcomes, contributing significantly to China's economic and social development.
During the conference, the exhibition booth of Hangzhou Pheromone drew large crowds. Staff highlighted the company’s full range of insect attractants and traps, attracting numerous experts and scholars for in-depth discussions on issues such as optimizing the longevity of attractants and developing coordinated control technologies for multiple pests.
This participation not only broadened the exposure of Hangzhou Pheromone’s new products and technological concepts but also, through deep exchanges with industry experts and clients, provided clearer direction for product iteration and R&D. Moving forward, Hangzhou Pheromone will continue to focus on technological innovation in the field of insect pheromones, strengthen collaboration with research institutions, and launch more green pest control products tailored to market demands, thereby contributing to high-quality development and ecological environmental protection.
